In 2017, to celebrate the 500-year anniversary of the Reformation, MIR will print a special 500-year anniversary Bible using a Gutenberg printing press whose construction was funded by AMIDUMIR.
For five months, the crucial role of the printing press in the development of the Reformation will be demonstrated in a temporary exhibition, with the active participation of visitors and special guests.
Artists will also take part in this big event.
Throughout the exhibition, volunteer members of AMIDUMIR will lend a helping hand to the MIR team and the specialists who will be operating the printing press.
